In the instance where a match is abandoned, these principles will be applied in settling bets:
● A match that's interrupted (e.g. due to bad weather), but then plays to a conclusion within 48 hours of the original kick off time won't count as an abandonment and bets will be settled on the outcome at the end of the match.
● In the case of an abandonment, any subsequent replays/completions, award of the match result by governing bodies or pools panel decisions won't count toward settlement.
Extra Time: This is a period of time in a sports game in which play continues if neither team has won in the usual time allowed for the game, including injury time, where a winning result is required for advancement to the next stage of a specific competition or tournament.
Injury time: This is the period of time added to the end of a football game because play was stopped during the match when players were injured or for any reason that the referee saw fit. This is the added time after 90 minutes of normal play.
Live bet: This is a bet placed when the game is in-play or regular time has begun. Live bets cannot be cancelled once made.
Single bet: Single bet is a bet placed on just one selection or market. When placing single bets, your return will not depend on the outcome of several matches.
Multi bet: This is a bet placed on several selections or markets. When placing multibets, the return depends on the outcome of all the matches within the bet.
Postponed/Cancelled Match: Postponed/cancelled games will be deemed to be games which do not get to kick off on the specified calendar date but have been scheduled to take place at a later date.
In the instance where a match is postponed, the bet shall become void upon notification of the postponement unless the match is rescheduled and commences within 48 hours of the original kick-off time. If a match is cancelled, stake refunds will be provided for single bets whereas for multi-bets, cancelled selections shall be treated as non-runners and settled with odds of 1.0
Regular/Normal Time: This is the period of time, which includes injury time, over which a sport is played and is set out as the normal duration of play within a sport's rules. This period does not include extra time
Retired Match: When a match is incomplete as the result of one player it is considered a "Retired" match. For example, when one of the players in a tennis match withdraws or is disqualified
Related Bets: These are multi bets which combine different selections within the same event. Related Bets are not accepted where the outcome of one affects or is affected by the other.
● When the related parts of a winning bet are resolved at different times but still within the same tournament, the bet(s) will be settled with the stake being divided by the number of legs, with each leg being settled individually at the confirmed price of each leg.
● In the case of all multiples including selections with related outcomes, if a bet is taken inadvertently, Tucheze reserves the right to void part of or the whole of the bet at our sole discretion.
As a registered customer, you can bet on a variety of sporting events, either before a match or in-play, by accepting a published bet offer.
Every bet placed is an agreement between the client and Tucheze, entitling the client to the payout of winnings following from the bet offer in the case of a win, and Tucheze to the stake of the client's bet in the case of a loss.

You can cancel a bet within fifteen (15) minutes after placing the bet.

The maximum number of bets that can be cancelled in a day is three (3).
The following bets CANNOT be cancelled: Live bets.

In sports betting, a "void bet" means that a bet will no longer pay out and you will get your original stake returned to you. Bets shall be voided in the following instances:
We suspect that You have engaged in any Prohibited Activities;

There is a technological/palpable error related to the Service or placing of Your bet;
We are required to do so by any law or regulation.

CASHOUT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions
● Cash Out is available on selected events, fixtures, and markets both pre-match and live, on single and multiple bets.
● Partial Cash Out is also available, allowing customers to cash out a portion of their bet while leaving the remaining stake active.
● A time delay in accepting a Cash Out request is in place. If a price changes or a market suspends, the Cash Out request will not be successful.
● If the Cash Out request is successful, the amount will be settled immediately, and the final result of the original bet will not affect the Cash Out amount.
● If a bet has been cashed out before the event commences and the original stake is returned in full, the original bet will be treated as void.
● The Cash Out amount offered at any time is the total amount that will be returned to your account if the Cash Out request is successful.
● For Partial Cash Out, the remaining portion of the bet will continue as per the original stake and odds.
● Tucheze reserves the right to remove all or part of the Cash Out feature for any customer where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the customer is misusing the feature by frequently using Cash Out to take advantage of pre-event price movements.
● Such behavior will be considered bonus abuse under the General Terms and Conditions and will be regarded as a Prohibited Act.
● Tucheze will not be responsible if the Cash Out feature is unavailable due to technical issues, and bets will stand as originally placed during any such period.
● Tucheze cannot guarantee that the Cash Out feature will be available on all bet selections. If Cash Out is available pre-event but we do not cover or stop covering the event live, Cash Out will be unavailable once the event starts or when live coverage stops.
● Cash Out will not be available when a market is suspended.
● Tucheze reserves the right to accept or decline any bet/wager requested for any sport, competition, market, or bet type that is included in the Cash Out feature.
● Tucheze reserves the right to amend, suspend, or remove the Cash Out feature (or any part of it) at any time for any event, fixture, market, or customer without prior notice. Bets placed on such events, fixtures, or markets will stand as originally placed.
● Tucheze has the right to amend the terms of this promotion without notice to the customer. Customers are encouraged to regularly review these promotion rules and the General Terms and Conditions for updates.
● Tucheze reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a Cash Out if the bet or a market is settled in error.
● Bonus bets, Free Bets, and Price Bets are not eligible for Cash Out or Partial Cash Out.

Total Goals: Bet on the prediction of the total number of goals that will be scored in a match.
Correct Score: Bet on the prediction of the exact final score of a match in the correct order (Home-Away, e.g., 1-0 means Home team will score 1 goal and away team will not score.)
MultiGoal: Bet on the range which the number of goals scored in a match falls within. (e.g., 0- 2 means total goals between 0-2 goals scored. )
Double Chance (HT): The outcome of the first half time of the match. There are 3 possible outcomes: 1X (considering only the goals scored during the 1st HT the home team wins or draws), X2 (considering only the goals scored during the 1st HT the away team wins or draws), 12 (considering only the goals scored during the 1st HT the home team wins or the away team wins).
First Team to Score: If the first goal of the game is scored by the home team, the outcome is 1. If the first goal of the game is scored by the away team, the outcome is 2. If no goal is scored (0-0), the outcome is X.
Handicap: The final result of the match taking in consideration the handicap in brackets. For example, (0:1) indicates that the AWAY team has one goal advantage, as for (1:0) indicates that the HOME team has one goal advantage.
Odd/Even: If the number of goals scored during the entire match is going to be odd or even. A 0-0 result is considered even.
